Tiny Kube support

Tiny Kube is made by one person, and support emails are answered by that same person, usually within a day or two.

It helps enormously if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the cube size you were on, and what you expected to happen.
New to the app? The Tiny Kube page walks through what each screen does.
A layer will not turn
Start the drag on the cube itself rather than the space around it, which moves the camera instead. On the bigger sizes, aim for the middle of a layer, or land on the line between two layers to turn both together.
Solve is not available
The solver covers the 2x2 and the 3x3. The larger sizes turn and scramble, but there is no solution for them yet.
It says my cube cannot exist
That comes from the Colours screen, and it means the painted cube is not one a real cube could be in: a repeated centre, the wrong count of a colour, or a corner twisted in a way that cannot happen. Check the colours against the cube in your hand and try again.
I lost my view of the cube
Frame puts the camera back where it started. Upright keeps the horizon level while you look around, Free lets the cube roll any way at all.
I turned the wrong layer
Double tap the background, or use Undo. Reset returns the cube to solved.
The screen is cluttered
Tap the eye. Everything goes except the cube and the room, and turning and looking around carry on as normal. Tap it again to bring the rest back.
