TinyDoggo is made by one person, and support emails are answered by that same person — usually within a day or two.
It helps enormously if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you expected to happen.
My entries are missing after an update
They should never be. Entries are kept in two places on the device so an interrupted write cannot lose them. If a break really has vanished, email us with your iOS version and roughly when it happened — that is a bug worth fixing the same week.
The predicted times look wrong
Predictions are built from the last two weeks, weighted towards recent days. After a schedule change — a new walk time, a growth spurt, a move — give it two or three days to settle. Deleting a mistaken entry also re-runs the maths straight away.
I logged the wrong thing
Tap any row in Today to edit it, or swipe to delete. Fixing an entry updates every prediction, streak and chart immediately.
Notifications are not arriving
Check Settings → Notifications → TinyDoggo on your iPhone, and make sure reminders are switched on inside the app. Reminders are scheduled locally, so they also need the app to have been opened at least once since the last restart.
