Tiny Chess Master terms of use

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms cover Tiny Chess Master and its Pro subscription. The app is published by Digital Humans Limited, trading as Tiny Builder. By using the app you agree to them.

Using the app

You may use Tiny Chess Master on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment and learning. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app, or take apart its code or artwork to reuse them elsewhere.

What is free, and what Pro adds

The app is free to start: the Chess Master up to a strength of 1000, four bots (Pebble, Milo, Rosa and Bruno), the first lesson, the Daily Puzzle, your stats and your game history.Tiny Chess Master Pro unlocks the Chess Master up to 1800, the other bots, the other lessons, the puzzles, and Two Players.

The Pro subscription

Apple and Google

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies as well. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply to the purchase. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or for supporting it; we are.

The app as it is

We work hard to make Tiny Chess Master right, and we fix what goes wrong, but it is provided as it is, without promises that it will be free of every bug. The bot and coach ratings order the app's own ladder; they are not official chess ratings. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

Your data

How the app treats your data, including the subscription, is set out in the privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters to a Pro subscription you already have, we will say so in the app before it applies.
