Tiny Doggo privacy policy

Tiny Doggo does not collect personal data that identifies you. There is no account, no analytics and no advertising inside the app, and your entries never leave the phone unless you choose to share them.

What the app stores

Everything you log (potty breaks, meals, naps, weight entries, medicines and doses, your dog’s details, the people in your household and your vet’s contact details) is written to storage on your own phone. None of it is uploaded anywhere. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it.

What the app sends

Your logs never leave your phone unless you choose to share them. Tiny Doggo has no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics and no crash-reporting service, and logging works with aeroplane mode on. Notifications, if you turn them on, are scheduled locally by the phone and never leave the device.

When it has a connection, the app checks for updates with Expo (Expo, Inc.), the service it is built on. That check sends technical details only: the app version, the platform, a random identifier for this installation that is not linked to you, and, if an update fails to load, the error message so it can be fixed. It never includes your entries, your dog’s details or anything you type. Expo handles this under its own privacy policy.

The one thing you can send yourself is the vet report: when you tap “Share vet report”, the app builds a plain-text summary and hands it to the phone’s standard share sheet, where you choose who receives it. Nothing is sent until you pick a destination.

Tiny Doggo Pro

Logging, the calendar, the predictions and usual times, and the data export are free. Tiny Doggo Pro, an optional yearly subscription, adds reminders and smart alerts, medicines, Insights, the vet report and the evening note. If you subscribe, the purchase is made and paid for through the App Store or Google Play, and so is the free trial that comes with it. Your payment details stay with Apple or Google; we never see them.

To know whether Pro is active on your phone, and to restore it on a new one, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives the purchase history of the subscription (which plan, when it was bought, renewed or cancelled, the store's receipt, the country and currency of the price) together with a random identifier the app makes for it. That identifier is not linked to your name, email address or Apple or Google account, and it is not used for advertising or tracking. Nothing about your dog or your entries goes with it. RevenueCat handles it under its own privacy policy. If you never subscribe, RevenueCat sees only that random identifier asking which plans are on offer, with no purchases attached.

What this website collects

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting and without collecting any personal data. We can see that a page was viewed and roughly from where; we cannot see who you are. No advertising or cross-site tracking is used anywhere on tiny-builder.app.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects nothing that identifies anybody, of any age.

Your rights

We hold nothing that identifies you, so there is nothing on our side to request, correct or delete by name. The data on your phone is yours, and stays there; deleting the app deletes it. Questions about the Pro subscription record can go to the address below.

Changes

If a future version of the app ever needs to send data somewhere, for example an optional backup you switch on yourself, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the app will ask first.
